By accessing or using SolonGate services provided by ERAENVISION TEKNOLOJİ VE İNOVASYON HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SolonGate is a security governance platform for AI agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools. Our service provides:

  • Policy-based access control for AI tools
  • Real-time request validation
  • Audit logging and monitoring
  • API-based security integration

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by AI systems using our service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERAENVISION TEKNOLOJİ VE İNOVASYON HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
